Big Steps for a Small Brand
There’s a strange, quiet pride in seeing something you’ve built take up real space in the world. Not an online shop or social feed, but an actual store, a place where people walk in, touch the fabric, and maybe feel what you felt when you designed it. For us, that moment just became real.

Our Label Collective kit is now available at Blanca Bikes in Calpe, the biggest cycling café and rental company on the Costa Blanca. It’s a place we’ve admired since we arrived, one that sits at the centre of the local cycling scene. Riders fly in from all over Europe to ride these roads, sip their post ride cortado, and talk about the next big climb. To have our work hanging there feels surreal.
When Eva and I started this brand, we didn’t have a grand plan. No investors, no full-scale production, no marketing team. Just a small idea built around good design, quality recycled materials, and a shared love for the culture of cycling. We wanted to make pieces that reflected a feeling the ritual of morning rides, the texture of sunlight on your arms, the quiet stretch between two mountains. It was, and still is, a creative project rooted in community.

So seeing that same project now represented in a place like Blanca Bikes feels bigger than just a retail moment. It’s validation, yes, but also a reflection of all the people who’ve been part of this collective friends, riders, and those who’ve helped us grow. If it wasn’t for that community, none of this would have happened.
Standing inside the shop for the first time, looking at our kit on the rack, we both felt a rush of disbelief and gratitude. It’s easy to forget how far you’ve come when you’re caught up in the day-to-day chaos of running a small brand. But moments like this pull you back. They remind you why you started, and how every small step added up to something that finally feels substantial.
Label Collective has always been about collaboration between riders, makers, and ideas. Having our gear in Calpe, at the heart of European cycling, feels like proof that small collectives can make their mark without losing their soul.
For a small brand, this is a big step. And while we’re proud, we’re also deeply grateful, to the Collective, to Blanca Bikes, and to everyone who’s believed in what we’re trying to build. Here’s to more roads ahead, and more small steps that continue to feel this big.
