Project Pyrenees Day 6: Eva’s Double Tourmalet
Day six, and the Whoop delivers its verdict in red. I don't need the wrist to tell me, to be fair. I'm absolutely shattered. So a decision gets made at 5:45am: I'm taking a rest day, and Eva is taking a double Tourmalet.
